- Coordinate and review design submissions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Supervise implementation phases, including testing and commissioning, ensuring compliance with Uptime Tier requirements.
- Drive the development and approval of detailed facility testing scripts and commissioning processes.
- Oversee progress meetings, workshops, and reporting during all project phases.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, global standards, and client-specific requirements.
Tender Management: - Prepare RFPs and identify qualified contractors and vendors.
- Manage tender processes, including issuing tenders, clarifications, and evaluation of submissions.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in finalizing contractor appointments.
Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate the approval process with all relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project success and satisfaction.
3rd-Party Professional Services: - Select and manage third-party professional services to enhance project delivery.
